Others believe that spiritual is on, or consisting of spirit or spiritualist, supernatural or spiritual. So is the spiritual seat of moral or religious nature. Spiritual is that relating to sacred things or matters; religious devotion sacred. Spiritual is that is on the mind or intellect. While we refer spiritual as more spiritual, most spiritual, less spiritual or least spiritual, it means the soul having no body, form, or substance.</p>
<p><span id="more-1234"></span>The scope of spiritual and spiritual growth is very wide. Spiritual growth refers the personal spiritual development, to develop higher awareness or to develop higher consciousness. Spiritual Growth is the enrichment of one&#8217;s personal spiritual beliefs through many different means, such as meditation, prayer, positive thinking, virtuous acts and enlightenment. Spiritual growth is a way to integrate spirituality to a higher and higher degree in our daily live.<br />
We can compare human development with the achievement in a particular activity like in economics, accounting etc. This is self growth that we learn from schools and civilization. Self growth automatically acts according to these rights without having to think about it. We refer to this ability in the spiritual growth as awareness or consciousness. Spiritual growth means developing this ability further.</p>
<p>We can compare the human development and the achievement of brilliance in a particular activity. It is self growth of individualism. The spiritual growth is of fundamental rights of existence without having to think about it. Spiritual growth means developing the ability to invoke awareness or consciousness on inner self.</p>
<p>We can use the growth model to represent our spiritual level of consciousness or level of consciousness. We can clearly perceive all that is the sphere, with our common sense and spiritual growth. Outside the sphere of awareness (consciousness sphere) the brightness of our spiritual growth is not enough. The further away something of our sphere of spiritual growth, it is less easy to perceive the spiritual growth. Personal spiritual growth is personal development to enlarge the sphere of consciousness. As such, personal spiritual growth is an integral part of our goal of life.</p>
<p>We constantly hear people talk about the selfishness and soul as if they were interchangeable. Self growth refers to the vehicle by which the selfishness manifested in separation.<br />
Spiritual growth refers to the vehicle by which the consciousness manifested in unity. Unity is the key note of the spirit. When we pass from spiritual growth in intellectual development at a time we are in the midst of separation.</p>
<p>Facing our own intellectual nature, to which the word soul must be limited, we both notice it, as they say, the principle of the separation. In the growth of our intellectual nature, we become increasingly aware of the separation of selfishness. “This gives rise to all our ideas about the separate existence, separate property of self growth.</p>

<p>What are the different forms of depression?</p>
<p>There are several forms of depressive disorders. The most common are major depressive disorder and dysthymic disorder.</p>
<p>Major depressive disorder, also called major depression, is characterized by a combination of symptoms that interfere with a person&#8217;s ability to work, sleep, study, eat, and enjoy once–pleasurable activities. Major depression is disabling and prevents a person from functioning normally. An episode of major depression may occur only once in a person&#8217;s lifetime, but more often, it recurs throughout a person&#8217;s life.</p>
<p>Dysthymic disorder, also called dysthymia, is depression characterized by long–term (two years or longer) but less severe symptoms that may not disable a person but can prevent one from functioning naturally or feeling well. People with dysthymia may also experience one or more episodes of major depression during their lifetimes.</p>
<p>Some forms of depressive disorder exhibit slightly different characteristics than those described above, or they may develop under unique circumstances. However, not all scientists agree on how to characterize and define these forms of depression. They include:</p>
<p>Psychotic depression, which occurs when a severe depressive illness is accompanied by some form of psychosis, such as a break with reality, hallucinations, and delusions.</p>

<p>One must associate itself with the pride of a group and its members and also both are giving and we have for our beloved people. It is the love that prevails on the long run and not the hatred. Hatred is short lived but love can last for centuries to come and thus can eradicate any mismatches created by the unlawful acts.</p>
<p><span id="more-1013"></span>And remember that there were years that hid our dead but now, even our kings come and cover us with glory and accompany us in our pain. Yes the pride of a service done and that too with No guns and without any weapons, it does not matter because we&#8217;re at it.</p>
<p>There are boundaries, there are laws, there is fellowship, and cooperation is in the midst of an investigation, we are the first to serve and suffer but we are not the people who will surrender.</p>
<p>There are no covenants, no excuses, and we all know that a failure may be death or an error of appreciation that can be more than a wound and a mismatch that can end up in an attack.<br />
Yes, the pride of being a human and supporting others. We are humans, men and women now that we are forging our effort to give the best service, that is what we are.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>God has engraved your name on the palm of His hand. He knew you before you were formed in your mother’s womb. You were fearfully and wonderfully made. In fact, He knew you before the foundation of the world, and He loves you! (Isa. 49: 16; Ps. 139: 14-15)</p>
<p>He loves you with an everlasting love, and chose to shape you and program your DNA just like Him. God decided that you should be the image of the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. (Gen. 1: 26) Jesus Christ personified the Father on earth through the power of the Holy Spirit. He said that when you see Him, you see the Father.</p>
<p><span id="more-1011"></span>Have you ever been told by someone that they would do anything, and even go to the ends of the earth, for you? That is love, even if it is unattainable.</p>
<p>Jesus Christ, God’s Anointed One, left the magnificence of heaven not just to come down to earth, but also to live and be subjected to all the problems and hardships just like you. Then He chose to take all your weariness, diseases and transgressions onto Himself and die an agonizing death.</p>
<p>Can you imagine anyone going through that torture and total humiliation just for you? He did it because you are so very wonderful to Him. If you already know Him, then you’re probably thinking that you already know how He took your sin and died for you.</p>
<p>Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t always feel so wonderful. Do you also sometimes cry out and wonder where God is and why you’re having so many problems?</p>
<p>You were created for the express purpose of walking and talking with Him. He is your constant companion, listening and talking to you all the time. The question is: are you? For someone who loves you so much that He did, and wants to continually do anything for you, wouldn’t you want to love Him with all your might and soul?</p>
<p>I know you do. So do I! But our emotions get in the way, don’t they? When you know you’ve missed the mark and things aren’t going so well on this earthly realm you tend not to look up in thanksgiving and praise.</p>
<p>Yet, a heart full of thanksgiving and praise is exactly how God lifts you up – way above the mountains of trials and despair. God inhabits the praises of His people, and comes down, as it were, to meet your needs. (Ps. 22: 3)</p>

At the end of the day, make it a habit to visit the bathroom and give yourself some pampering. Try to gently play with water or scribble a thing on the water&#8217;s surface. And to combat extreme weight gain or loss due to medication is tremendously hard to do because the medication would be fighting the efforts. Exercise in conjunction with medication could be a challenge worth doing, teaching a person determination and resolve thus aiding in the healing of their mental illness along with therapy.</p>
<p>Because depression can affect the whole body, mental and physical; appetite, concentration, and exercise can work against these ill effects by acting as a stress reliever and appetite increaser. But also, pain like back aches can be a part of depression, as well as a part of aging. Natural relievers can be released during exercise that can ease specifically back pain.</p>
<p>Also, because drug abuse and overeating are one and the same in that they can change the mental state for the worse, exercise can work against the need to do either. Because it improves overall health, a person could actually become less inclined to do something that goes against the positive effects of exercise- or at least put up a stronger effort not to do so than they might have before. Self esteem, or lack thereof, is sometimes central to why someone uses drugs and/or overeats, but exercise can be a great enhancer of self-confidence.</p>
<p>Additionally, a lack of concentration to goals or everyday tasks that can lead to drug abuse and overeating can be corrected with exercise. Some people abuse Ritalin or crystal methamphetamine just to get through the activity of work, school, etc. Exercise is more mental than it is physical in that it can teach discipline and routine. In accomplishing a set of exercises a person is telling themselves consciously or subconsciously that another goal, no matter what it is, can be attained.</p>
<p>Finally, the ways in which exercise would enhance a person&#8217;s romantic life is almost self-evident. A better, more appealing physique, more energy, better muscle tone- all of it would be conducive to a higher quality romantic life. Aerobic and cardio exercises would provide for higher energy and endurance levels for tasks as diverse as work and sport hobbies. Exercise can be beneficial in so many areas of a person&#8217;s life that there are hardly any reasons that anyone could have not to begin an exercise regimen today.</p>
